Desk quality is great however my entire experience was ruined by the quality of customer service received over the course of the last two months. It took a total of three separate orders between two agents in order to send me the correct items, and in between those orders involved me reaching out on several occasions for status updates only to find out that the agent responsible for updating me with an invoice had forgotten to (this was after I had patiently waited two weeks assuming it was just taking a while due to traffic). I don't often write reviews however if you're thinking about Uplift as your desk solution know that though they have many service agents to communicate with you as needed - their service bar and professional standards are mediocre at best.
