The design of St Panrcas Platform A and B looks great, it is clean and modern, but not practical and lacks consideration of realistic situations.
1) There's often travellers who carry large luggages miss the sight of elevator available and end up taking the escalator causing chaos and accidents. There's no staff advising the travellers to take the lift.
2) Entering and exiting the station often results in unpleasant collision with people going to either Platform A or B because of the architecture/interior design. There is no useful guidance or design hint to direct the flows of passengers going up or down, left or right. In rush hour, it's a nightmare.
It is in need of a re-think and re-plan of this lower platform station.
