It took them 5 months to response to you, if you r...

It took them 5 months to response to you, if you report a water leak in your unit. And their manager "Francois Leauchemin" decided it is owner's responsibility to finish painting after they cut a big hole on your ceilling. And this compnay is still in business. Really?
