Horrible customer service department, condescending, lying, ripping customers off. I needed to install some OEM accessories. When turning the car in, I was told it may be up to 3 hours of labor at rate $99 per hour, though my estimate was at most one hour of labor. I questioned the estimate and was told not to worry since that was just an estimate. Less than an hour an a half later the car was ready. Charge? Three hours of labor. I contested the three hours - the work was done much faster and could be done only by one person, and how come it was exactly 3 hours of labor and not, say, 15 minutes less? The answer? I had agreed to 3 hours of labor and thus I was charged 3 hours of labor...
