Please do not use them if you don't want to have headaches. The owner comes to your house and gives you a free quote and - you feel confident with them. Then they sent us a quote with a really good price, made us select the granite we want to use. We selected. And them they old us the quote was wrong - that it as mistake. And them they raised the price a little bit. We accepted it - we wanted to use them anyway - no worrying about how much they were going to raise the price. And them the guy that installs brought it with a different cut (the cheapest one possible). We said no. They blamed the poor guy for the mistake (but we know it was not his fault). The owner never shows up anymore. Then we have to deal with his son: he opens your house door without ringing the bell or saying hi/excuse me. Now my father in law that helped me to deal with them during the installation noticed a scratch from a cut that they made (the hole for the faucet). I called them, they told me to send an e-mail with a picture and then they answered they can not see any scratch from the picture. I just wish they were frank since the begging. I don't understand how a family company can deal with its clients like this for 12 years. Camila Brignac
