Problem when you attain a conference: you stay in a hotel and depend on the people to take care of your room. That was done for the first night - except, the room keeper took care of my Nespresso capsules as well - they were gone :( 2nd night the room keeper did not bother to take care of my room - when I came in the night (tired as hell and happy to go to bed) my bed was not done and I still found my dirty towels in my bath room - which was also not taken care of. I can expect my room to be made (that is part of my hotel fee). The hotel was a nice place otherwise.
