Funky on the outside, but delightfully spunky within. The kitchen crew lived up to its reputation as more than a restaurant - it's a performance: combining an innovative approach to preparing foraged vegetables with flavors of sea and smoke with attentive and knowledgeable servers who, more often than not, made the food you're eating. I have never experienced anything like it - the best meal I've ever had. Prepare your palate for an adventure. Get the wine pairing - but plan to stay the night afterwards!
