Although the employees on the telephone remain friendly, the file management is at the lowest level. My roommate and I already planned a switch to another supplier after 3 months because of their horribly poor communication. Our EAN code turned out to be incorrect, then again but the meter numbers were not. After that, the combination was wrong, in total Fluvius visited more than 5 times for this. After a few months we received an invoice, 3 times as high as originally estimated, not knowing that we were still affiliated with Essent at all. And not even knowing what was our proper meter number. The invoice was canceled twice afterwards, as the employees themselves doubted whether this could be correct. Finally, a final invoice was made and we were told that it is binding. In short, we have paid our blue to electricity that we have not even used ourselves. I've never cheated and felt powerless. I will never recommend Essent to friends, family or acquaintances, this is really outrageous.
