Disappointed with the service Vanderbilt Children ...

Disappointed with the service Vanderbilt Children s Hospital nyphology provided today. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:20pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and it s 4:46pm and just now being seen. Every patient was called and we still sat waiting our turn. I had to ask what s going on. Then the nurses gave me a smart answer, really?? #disppointed
