We pulled off the freeway looking for help with an emergency tire problem. Derrick Phillips and his service department went far above and beyond any expectations we could have had. Their staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and concerned. Not only did they diagnose and repair the vehicle at a very fair price, they went to the extra trouble to help us accommodate a trailer we were pulling and helped us with a rental vehicle so we weren t stranded. We were back on the road the next day. I can not express how grateful we are. We highly recommend this service department for any repair needs. They provided simply outstanding customer service.
