Worst brand and customer service ever! Not only did the electrolux dryer spoil easily, the servicing team diagnosed the wrong problem and overcharged for the wrong diagnosis. The dryer stopped working 2 days after the repair which costs Sgd200. A subsequent servicing visit was arranged and a further cost of sgd300 was quoted for the repair. Why would anyone want to pay sgd500 for a dryer which costs less than sgd500? Obviously the first diagnosis was wrong and the refund should be made, less the travel cost of the service man. However , more than 2 weeks later, there is no reply from the Electrolux customer service team despite many chasers. This will be the last time that I have buy an Electrolux product, bad quality product with bad after care customer service. It just can t get any worse !
