Far and away, consistently, the best customer experience I have had at an auto mechanic. They care about you as a customer and as a person with a car problem. They take the time to answer your questions. They explain what they find, make recommendations and tell you what costs are going to be (ball park estimates) upfront.

In particular kudos to Matt who worked with me when I had a warranty with a weird clause and a difficult problem to locate and fix.
