If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered my cap and gown for graduation two months in advance. A month later I called the 800 number on the website and asked why I had not received it. They said they had my order but had a problem with their payment processing system. I then called the local office in Colorado Springs and they state I have to pay twice as much because its now a rushed order. I explained that the school received notification that I had already ordered it which gave me no reason to think I needed to do anything further. Both people in their CO springs office spoke to me like I was an idiot, and were very condescending. Even calling me "sweetie" while they refused to apologize for their mistake and interrupted me on the phone. Then they said I have to come to their office to pick up the cap and gown but they close at 4pm. Which means if I go there, I now have to take off work to do so. I will be ordering my regalia on Amazon with two day shipping instead. Your graduation should be a time to celebrate, dont deal with these jerks.
