I had two clauses in the first contract that allowed me to repair the car in the representation and another one to cancel the first (how about that?). I went over this fraudulent contract because I was stupid I did not read it all. So I chose to change the front bumper to CASCO in a very good multimark (honda nord).
Lost time between service change and budget approval (minimum 3 days of waiting for budget approval).
Surprise number two: Service people announce that repairing with original parts is more expensive than the approved budget. After a few phone calls, lost time, and review, I found that the damage agent was wrong with the body series. Another finding, another lost time, another approved budget.
The next surprise: after a few more days, the service mentions that the budget, although approved, does not cover the cost of the 7500 RON operation.
Complain to ASF.
I'm trying to talk to someone at the headquarters where they have another surprise, they do not have a customer relationship or audience office to see why? So I'm being directed to file a complaint that will be answered within 15 days GMO !!
After about a month and a while, I managed to solve the problem, but it was learning to stop insuring with them and those from OMNIASIG because they are part of the same group (vienna insurance).
