My experience at estia was quite lovely this is one of my favorite restaurants to go to . The food was great as well as the service period my server was very attentive and personable. I'm glad that I was able to try something new and I really liked it, which was the pan seared Chilean sea bass I really like it because it's very flaky moist and not a fishy smelling fish which made it even more enjoyable to eat because I do want to expand my choices when I go to a restaurant and that definitely helped me want to experience different types of fish . My favorite is the grilled shrimp as an appetizer I'm very satisfied with the size of the shrimp and I can taste the freshness and how they're prepared as well .
