I approached looking for supplemental health insurance with anxiety and fear because I had made some assumptions about the industry and its culture. Perhaps I had a chip on my shoulder. Well that chip was gently knocked off, after speaking with Molly Elliott from GoMedigap. First of all, she was very well informed and knew how to delivery confusion/ important information in a way that made it easy to understand and make a decision that could otherwise have been difficult.
Molly was kind, considerate even passionate about helping the customer to have the best experience and get the solution that worked best for their individual need.
