These guys are too slow and getting orders out its taking 11 days for me to get a pair of gloves. This is totally unacceptable. I gothink free shipping faster from random folk on ebay faster than this.

Update.. these guys tried to help out and do what they could do for my situation so i changed my rating to 3 star for caring service. I recommend they go with the usps all the way instead of having ups pick up and exchange with the usps for better results.
