Maybe the cause was Covid but I had a bad experience with this firm. I placed an order and received nothing but an automated email to say it had been forwarded to another shop. I only knew the order had been processed because it appeared on my PayPal account (without the money being debited). In the next 7 days I tried emailing and phoning the firm but received no response - leading me to conclude they are the Edinburgh Bicycle Un-cooperative. Then I got a 7-word email to say the order had been cancelled.
