This is my very first car I purchased on my own. I had called Hugo Ayala to get more information about a specific car I saw on their website. He was extremely helpful and when he was unable to assist me Charlie jumped in to make the process faster. Many of their employees came over to introduce themselves, I felt like I was part of their Ray Chevrolet family. Once the "sale" was complete, I didn't feel like I was just another customer. Hugo and the whole Ray Chevy family made it more personal. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
