I had booked an end of lease clean well in advance...

I had booked an end of lease clean well in advance. Got a phone call on the day saying cleaner would be late, I didn t mind. An hour later I get another call saying cleaner can t come, but they ll try and send someone next day. Not possible as I needed to be out of apartment. Then they said they d call around and find someone in the area and let me know. I never received another call so I booked last minute with a different company who thankfully were able to accomodate.
A lot of unnecessary stress. Would not recommend.
