I have just completed closing on one of my seven mortgages, all financed through AimLoan in the last 3 years. I have found that their rates are very competetive and the customer service is excellent!

From the first loan in 2012 I was sold on AimLoan for all my Mortgage needs. The process is very stream-lined, and in most cases, assuming no escrow or seller delays, the loans may be closed within 30 days. In my case, I responded within 24 hours to any documentation or clarification requests.

I have had the assistance of various Loan Officers and Processors trhough my seven deals, and my experience with all of them has been very possitive. They all responded quickly to my e-mails (preferable) and phone calls, AND they kept me informed every step of the way, through funding!!!
