The front desk agent Sherryl is the worst at her job, she has an attitude for no reason, she's less than helpful, she ruined a morning that was suppose to be filled with fun events for me and my family. And I get it! Sounds like a personal problem...But, an experience as unpleasant as mine with this employee, can have an negative effect on your overall visit to San Diego, mind you, I DO NOT know this person from Adam, this rating isn't personal at all..but I def wouldn't ever wanna deal her after our recent encounter. Thanks for nothing, Sherryl, and I dont get how hotel management are so oblivious to their employees behavior in this "Hospitality" industry.
