After taking my animals (over time: a dog, 3 cats, and 3 birds) to Animal Care for 25 years, I am so disappointed with them. My kitty, the last of my pets, who lived to be 21 1/2 years old and went to Animal Care his whole life, including his last years when he had kidney problems and had to have subcutaneous fluids, special meds and food. When he died, I donated his unused meds to Animal Care and informed them of his death. The girl at the counter offered condolences but that was the last I heard from Animal Care Hospital. No card, no call, nothing after 25 years of taking my animals to them. AND after taking down, at Dr Temple's request, the previous poor review I had given them because of their continuously rude front desk staff. I am starting life with a new puppy and I will NOT be taking her to Animal "Care" Hospital. The CARE is definitely missing there in the last few years. Fortunately, there are PLENTY of veterinary clinics in the Valley!
