No proper management!! Had been to the university...

No proper management!! Had been to the university number of times but nobody over there will guide u properly as to where one should go if they have problems relating to convocation or marksheets.etc :-( also the contact numbers displayed on the website are either out of coverage or the line is busy 24/7. Nobody is even bothered to receive the phone calls. Highly disappointed!
