Came here for new years eve and there was no hot water. Didn't want to cause a big deal so I didn't bother complaining. Was on the phone with them 3 times about it and they said give it 10 mins. Lol don't really like wasting water anyway. I took the cold shower like a boss! Downside. It rained that night.
