Do NOT order online (if you can help it). Customer service is terrible about resolving issues. I spoke with someone Friday evening and was told I would get a call back in 15 mins....Its Tuesday and I have yet to hear from anyone. So now, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that have obviously been worn by someone else previously to you sending them to me. Thanks wish
