Run do not walk after from this boutique. I bought two dresses on line at this store. They refused the return stating there was a snag inside the dress. Since I never tried the dress on I complained to my credit card company and they refunded my money. Stupidly I shopped here again recently Donovan helped me. I tried on two dresses and told him I couldn t decide which I wanted to wear to an upcoming event so I would take both and decide. I asked about return and he told me 10 days. When I bought the 1600 dress back I was told it was only for store credit. When Donovan handed me my receipt he folded it in three so I couldn t see the fine print. When I complained they basically said tough luck. A really horrible and dishonest store. Go to Barney or Bergdoff for your Prozenza Schouler purchase!!
Walked in their with my wife and my 1 year old on a stroller. Was a windy day and we were a mess.
I found it funny that the staff paid us no attention at all cause we weren't dressed like we were in there to buy a 1900$ bag.
Told us to go downstairs where the bag was and take a look. The sales associate actually started helping a customer that walked in behind us, who was dressed more like someone who would buy.
we waited for about 20minutes then the associate came. Told her we wanted to see some bags. She said she will get them and then disappeared for another 10mins. Finally another staff member working the back room brought out the bags, I asked her if she had the PS1 ask in gold hardware, she said yes. I said we will take it and then she started being friendly and accommodating. SMH...
