This hotel is like a lucrative food platter without salt...!!! Rooms are spacious. Toiletries are fine. Food tastes good.

Worst part of this hotel is management. Departments are working like separate islands. Staffs need lot of training. At the time of check-in, I was allotted a basement room which was colder. At first attempt to change the room, it was said that , I can be allotted this specific room only. Later, when I visited the reception personally, I was given a better room on 5th floor, which was good.

I ordered food and at the time of serving the same, waiter asks for payment. On requesting for a payment at the time of check out, I was told, it's not possible and I have to pay at that moment only, as there are instances when people have left without paying. It took me 15 mins on intercom, to convince the guy that I am not a potential fraud and I shall pay all dues at the time of checkout.

At the time of checkout, I have given a non-chip credit card for payment. Receptionist kept trying to punch the card , the way it's done for chip card. I had to ask her to swap it instead to get a valid receipt...!!!

Only silver lining is the Breakfast buffet which was good. But there also, the attendant didn't know, if omelette can be provided since it was not the buffet table. He later served it though.

This is a very good property. A little attention from management can it a far better destination.
