I was so looking forward to eating at a Gordon Ram...

I was so looking forward to eating at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff and service were not on the level I expected and more importantly the steak was chewy. Mr. Ramsay needs to give the chef some instructions on how to properly cook a $70 steak!
