I had great customer service by Mike, but I must say that the recommended service is by far against the car s actual required maintenance. My vehicle s external lights had gone out, and when I suggested it might ve been a blown fuse, I was told that would not be the case at all. I was going to be charged over $500 for light bulb changes, as they inquired would be the necessary steps to fix the problem, when I had already changed some of them. Come to find out, it was a blown fuse and I fixed it for a fraction of what I was going to be charged, and all lights came back on. What a rip off. They didn t care to legitimately collaborate for a solution other than assume and belittle clients. That s not good business.
