Called to make reservations the lady over the phon...

Called to make reservations the lady over the phone was very rude. She put me on hold many times. I requested a certain room she booked me for the higher cost one with whirlpool(not even requested) and told her I didn t want that one. She put me on hold once more and then rudely said oh whatever you cancel then (ride as ever) not the best customer service for a hotel. Will never stay there.
