EDIT: The team has since chased me up and given me an apology for the trouble, they have been honest in their information and provided a credit & refund of a cancellation fee to compensate me, I feel this was very generous and it has also renewed my trust in the company. I have yet to use their services but feel better about possibly doing so in the future.

OG: Asked for a quote, had a call back the next day, couldn't speak at the time so I asked to have them call me back later.
Never heard from them again.
I tried emailing them and following up, still nothing. Very disappointed in the service and communication, at this point I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them to actually show up to a booking or an appointment.
