Pleasant, fuss free one night staycation without the kid. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel itself. Really pleasant hotel premises and hotel staff are friendly and attentive (but not annoyingly so). Room was comfy and spacious, interesting decor but not too over the top. Le Bar was a nice place for a light lunch after checkout with the view of the ocean (their Salmon Aburi was really really good and not that pricey). We drove, so had easy access to the car to get to other parts of the island such as the Quayside Isle area which is really nice (went there for dinner AND breakfast). The fish footspa was a nice touch and so was the in-room coffee and evening macarons. And the beach tram is just in front of the hotel. One small thing: Tanjong Beach is really not as close as it sounds!
