I tried to make an appt for tires & I was given a date of ten weeks out. Then I received an e mail saying I cancelled an appt I NEVER made When I finally did get an appt I was sorry I didn't shop elsewhere I was charged more than the hourly labor rate saying it didn't apply. So why post the rates if their NOT accurate. My platinum plus rewards points where less than what I originally had after spending over $1600. They gave me a $45 credit toward additional services. This is my 5th vehicle & 4th SubaruI complained to corporate & to platinum plus but of course I NEVER received a reply. I'm done with this dealership Bad customer service to the 9th degree. That's Northtown.
