I ordered the old chicago deep dish.

Honestly I was very impressed. As a major fan of real deep dish pizza this place delivered.

Most places just increase the thickness of the crust. And put the same amount of topping on things. Not this place!

While not exactly the same as a traditional Chicago deep dish (or as deep) it is easly the best you will get outside Chicago.

And in all honesty it does a hell of a job.

The sauce was very flavored. The cheese was on point. The crust had good consistent texture.

Bravo.
