Made reservations @ 1:15 am on January 27, 2018. African guy called back confirming the trip, and told me to wait in front. I stated that it was raining and he said he was not going to put his life in danger. Now I just got labeled as a predator. Smh. Mind you, it was raining and I had to go to work, so I waited upfront. To mk a long story short, It's 3:07 am still no cab. But wait ... Another call was made to YELLOW CAB. Hold on...the response was unreal....We don't have any drivers. Sooooo what happened to the driver who called me to confirm my trip. Never again. Uber & Lyft from now on. If any corporate employee is reading this, please screen your contractors. These drivers are tainting the Good Name of Yellow Cab. The only reason I gave 1 star is bc I couldn't post my experience without selecting something. Overall my rating is -10, NEVER AGAIN.
