Absolutely some of the best customer service I've seen. While coming down Sykes Ridge Rd in the Pryor Mountains of Montana I tore a sidewall in one of my tires. Not the tires fault. I drive an Excursion (big heavy vehicle) and I tried to go around a sharp rock instead of over it. I'm also running an odd brand and size. PitBull PBX in 35x12.50r20. Not many tire shops carry these. Luckily Summit Racing does and we were heading to Idaho the next day. On Sunday, I emailed Claire & Dee's and asked if they would be ok with me having a tire shipped from Summit to them and have them mount and balance it for me. Not two hours later I heard back from Chris saying that wouldn't be a problem (on a Sunday evening). Time was important because we head back to Iowa on Friday. So I ordered the tire and they received it Wednesday morning. I drove to Rexburg and Jason & Ron had me in and out with the new tire in about 30 minutes. Just awesome. Wish these guys were in Iowa. I'd go there all the time. I will be back to Idaho though and will go to them for any future services needed.
