Our family recently leased a 2020 BMW X7 from BMW of Springfield.
Overall, an excellent experience.
We partnered with Anthony Rendine re which SUV worked best for us and which options were worthwhile to add. Mr. Rendine is thorough in his approach, presents vehicle options clearly, reviewed various pricing scenarios with us and, most important, is genuine, honest and forthright...not to mention he valued our time and works quickly.
Every interaction with the front desk, sales, service and parts was excellent, and the respective teams are friendly, helpful and
if they do not know the answer to your question, they will direct you to the appropriate person.
Finally, the dealership does a great job in explaining how to use technology in the vehicle, and provides ongoing support.
