Thank you, ANDRINA in the call center on Hubbard in D'born MI! So frustrated with a travel rep out of Florida named Ron V., who took my information for my itinerary then put me on hold while he put together my package. I was on hold for almost 15 mins before I called back and left a message with another rep to have him call me back when he was done. After 3 hours or so, I called back, got a rep out of Tampa, Florida named Lindsey, who would not help me. Told me she had no way of finding out who I talked with - seriously? Hung up from her, called again and got the lovely ANDRINA, who simply took my membership number and found out almost immediately who I had spoken with, their location, and the topic of our conversation! She offered to send an email to the rep on my behalf. She also offered to call him and explain the situation. I opted to leave a message on his voicemail, which indicated that he would be in the office until 6:30pm. It has been almost 2 hours, and I have not heard from Ron V. Five stars for ANDRINA for actually taking her role as customer service seriously. - Member since 1988
