I was there to have a look of a used car. The car was good, almost buy it, but I did not. Because of the salesman was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst experience I have ever had in whole USA.

First, my husband and I was outside looking around the car, the salesman asked us to go into the office while we were looking at the car. Ok, lets see what he can offer to us.

When we just came in someone fall of a drink and wiping it, so we were standing there, the salesman ignore and keep asking us to sit. How can you sit there when someone is doing his cleaning task?

Then, when we sat down he just open a website and read us the information which we can see online, but he did not offer like test drive or explain about the car status (of course, he stopped us when we where looking it).
We asked for a test drive, he took my husbands driver license, and then ask us to fill in forms by ourselves, so whats the point of asking our driver license? And we never need to fill out any forms from other dealership when we go to test drive.

Ok, he got the car key after few minutes, then when we go out to the car wanted to do a test drive, he said he has to come with us. As the car is a two seater, one of us has to be here to wait. And he just put the license out of the car without screw of whatevr. WHAT? I never heard of this kind of thing. Nevermind, he said he can check with his manager. After that he came back with a form ask us to fill and sign. OK, I have no idea how to fill your forms, a salesman should do all the paper work right? And we just like the car and try to get a car. After he filled out the form, we signed, we wanted to start our test drive. The salesman stopped us and said the manager is coming over.

HE filled the form INCORRECTLY and the license plate should go inside the car as we thought. After the manager fixed we went to our test drive. The car was good. We almost get it, but because of this salesman, I almost late to my work, so I want to get the name card (business card) of the manager and come back later.

But the manager refused, just asked the salesman to give us his card. So we got the salesman card instead of the managers card.

Therefore, we did not go back to buy this car although we like the car.

This is my very first time not buying something because of the salesman or service of a company. This is a completely horrible experience I have ever had. Absolutely not recommend to get a car from this site. I am totally fine with Honda, just hope the corporate Honda can read this comment and do something with this horrible branch. Thank you.
