I dread having to go to this (and most) Evans when I need spare parts for my bicycle. You wait and wait at the counter while the staff make themselves busy with avoiding customers. When you finally pin down a member of staff, you are greeted like you are the long lost member of the family that everyone hated. Their product knowledge is generally less than basic so I usually seach the web like crazy to avoid this unpleasant experience. It's impressive though how there is a consistency of poor service throughout Evans. Go and try if for youself at your local shop.
