I was really disappointed with a recent experience in service with the manager in charge on Sunday
I shopped here for a past 8 years. Came to repair and possible upgrade of my MacPro
Someone in service was helping us while got interrupted by a service manager and placed to another project
While asked for a different person for a consult showed to a door. " go look for sales" while ask for a GM . Call them Monday
Very rough and inappropriate treatment . I am amazed this store went such of route .I am surprised reading some positive reviews after all
