I went to Planet Honda after reading True Cars / Edmunds. These websites (especially Edmunds) help you in two things -
1. Educate about all the tips before you buy a car. It's worth the time spent.
2. Get a competitive lower price from certified dealers.

So, after doing my research and homework, landed at PlanetHonda & was greeted by Armen. He took down all the points, and after doing a bit of discussion / negotiation prepared the OTD (Out The Door) price which was better than I got from rest of the dealers, I visited. He arrnegd a car but somehow, I needed sometime to think through all the costs again and we left.
After 2 days, I called him up and checked if the offer is still valid and to my surprise, he said Yes. He was honest to mention that the car I shortlisted wasn't available and would arrange another one with no price increase. Next morning, he arranged a car and also arranged my pickup and we were out with what we wanted, a Honda Accord in very less time.
What I really appreciate is the honesty of this gentleman (Mr. Armen) and the overall sales experience. The other people that I interacted with was Cisco (Mr. Fransisco), Armen's manager and the Account / Finance Manager, Mr. Frank (I presume) and they both also provided some more education to enrich this experience.
