This year with Covid and furloughs and reduced work hours, it has been hard to get work done on my car. I brought my car in for a recurring warning message regarding my engine temp. I had already replaced my thermostat (by another mechanic) and was told by you that it needed to be replaced again. I was quoted $495.00 to replace a part that costs $40.00!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!
Your service advisor also tried to tell me that I needed a new battery. He claimed that the mechanic said when he tried to start my car in the morning to pull it into the bay, the battery was dead. I have had and continue to have no issues with my battery.
I don't feel that you have your customers best interests at heart. I basically paid you $100.00 to put a code reader on my car.
I will continue to have service done on my car elsewhere.
