I had Omega come out to review a storm water issue...

I had Omega come out to review a storm water issue. An attempt was made to unblock the storm water from one point only, when other points were also available. $390 and no unblock of storm water. Given a further quote of over $800 to dig to junction and another "attempt" but declined.

Chose omega because of their expertise in trenchless/no dig repairs. Maybe I am being unrealistic but I do feel I did not get value.
