Hello, I have been waiting for a reimbursement of optical costs since May 2020, yes yes 6 months and still no return, I have written 15 emails made several calls and still nothing! It is shameful to collect the contributions they are at the cleat but to reimburse no one! It is unacceptable in these difficult times for ordinary workers 374 to feed my children it is vital for us !!!
