I Work in the medical center and we work closely with yellow cab to ensure families get home in a safe and timely manner. Overall, my experience has been fairly well until tonight. I spoke to one of your dispatcher under the name "Esteban Ramirez" to book a cab for a family that needed to go home. Keep inmind that the family is ready to go home and have been in the hospitial for long hours.
Mr. Ramirez failed to book a cab for the family, making them wait over 30 minutes, and when I called again to check the status of the cab he had the courage to blame it on me for givin the "wromg address". I then asked to speak to his manager and had me on hold for about 4 moinutes then transferred me to an automated system (the innitial greeting when you call yellow cab). I had to call again until i spoke with onother dispatcher and transferred me to a manager.
Mr. Ramirez talked rudely and lacked of customer service.
