Where do I start:
- I ordered items in store that were not in stock but they did take my money before telling me that 5 days later. I paid by credit card but was told that the refund would be up to 45 days and by cheque.
- Bad customer service - the manager kept promising to put Bath Store's mistakes right. However, that promised disappeared as soon as I left the store. I had to keep chasing him.
- They kept trying to sell me more expensive items that wouldn't fit my bathroom even through they had the correct measurements of it.
- Lots of missed deliveries dates (didn't even get told that they wouldn't be turning up - I had to chase everytime to find this out)
- When the delivery was made there were missing and broken items.

The customer service is appalling at the Bath Store with the store blaming their customer services and vis-vera. You end up paying a lot of money to them to end up play pigging in the middle.
