The Outpatient service is horrible. Online says to come 30 minutes before your appointment when you really should come 4 hours before your appointment because that is how long I took. To top that off, I spent less than 2 minutes registering and less than 10 minutes at the labs. A 4 hour wait for 12 minutes is UNREASONABLE. Very disappointed with this service.
