I bought a laptop for my daughter in march along w...

I bought a laptop for my daughter in march along with a accidental damage plan. Turns out we needed it and brought it back on 12/29/15....I was promised a call back within 5 days....
but at nearly a month later, still nothing from Micro-center, so I decide to call.

After 2 infinite hold sessions, (I give up after 16 minutes) I get a pickup on my third try.
Oh-Oh... looks like they misplaced the laptop. Now I am losing my patience.

The upshot is the service rep has good phone manners, seems genuinely concerned and is trying to help. Thank You !!!

Hopefully this will turn out OK...stay tuned...
